When making a credit card payment, your statement will say "BEWELL" or "BEHAVIORALWELLNESS." For all services, you have the option to receive a receipt with a diagnosis code that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.

Get Answers

Telephone consultations are available for people outside of the area who are considering treatment or who have specific questions. Consultations can be 10 minutes (no charge), 25 minutes, or 45 minutes. Click on the button to the right to schedule a 25 or 45 minute conversation to discuss your concerns.
